I thought about her when I wandered into this "organic" farm next to the Abby with all these animals (goats, sheep, rabbits (big, fat and slow rabbits - the kind Roderick and Jewells dream about- instead of skinny, fast rabbits in our backyard) who live with strange colored chickens, pigs with long curly hair, donkeys (that really do "hee haw" loudly in the morning), bees and, of course, dogs. I think she would like this place.

A place Ale’s mom would like
Awhile back I visited Ale's mother in her village outside of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. She seemed so content with her garden and all her animals (a pig, a dog, some chickens and goats and, I think, a small burro).
